Dayhuff worked with a client to help them better understand their customers. Knowing your customers better allows you to provide better service. We delivered a data lake of customer information and third party data to help them better understand their customers. Through Machine Learning, we were able to tell a customer purchasing preferences, what other items they would likely purchase, when they would purchase, where they would purchase and predict what marketing campaigns would be most effective.
